Bakery Hill Distillery is proud to introduce the second edition of Eldorado our Australian Sherry (Apera) barrel matured single malt whisky. In this follow up to one of 2020 hottest Australian whiskies – We have ramped up the intensity and vibrancy of the sherry barrel influence to produce a rich, sprightly, dense, but ultimately drinkable single malt. Eldorado Second Edition showcases the complex integration between American oak and French oak maturation on the traditional Bakery Hill Classic spirit. After distillation the unpeated spirit was placed in a Seppeltsfield Barossa Valley Apera cask (2nd fill) for 18 months, before a final maturation in American Oak ex-Bourboncask for a period of just on 3 years.EldoradoSecond Edition

This whisky is dangerously drinkable from the bottle at 55% but may also improve with a couple of drops of water, and certainly with time in the glass. Only 345 bottles in total available, each bottle is individually numbered, includes detailed production notes and a limited edition collector tasting card.
