Once in thecellar, the winemakingtakes placein concrete tanks with at least 20 days of maceration. Thewine then agesfor approximately 38 months between Slovenian oak barrels and bottles.
Garnet red, the aroma is very elegant with pleasant floral hints of violet and dried rose which leave room for spicy notes to finish with light scents of undergrowth. Rich and full bodied on the palate, very elegant, excellently structured with silky and well integrated tannins. The correspondence between aromas and flavor is excellent. Very long persistence.
