The Carn Mor Strictly Limited range of Scotch Whisky from the Family-owned Independent Bottlers, Morrison Scotch Whisky Distillers, are a collection of Scotch whiskies from some of the finest distilleries in Scotland. What makes the whiskies so special is that all the whiskies are non-chill-filtered to keep all of the oils and proteins that give it that fantastic authentic and non-doctored flavour in the bottle. As real as it gets.

This 13 year old scotch whisky was distilled in 2009 at the Highland Ardmoredistillery before maturing in a select ex-Pedro Ximinez (PX) Sherrybarrels for 13 years. Prior to bottling the whisky was proofed back to 47.5% ABV, with no chill-filtration or colour added. 1774 bottles were produced.

Expect Smoked ham, glazed with sticky brown sugar.
