Established in 1886, JM Monmousseau focuses on the elaboration of fine sparkling wines from the Touraine. Their 15 kilometres of underground galleries dug out of the local limestone provide ideal conditions for the elaboration of quality wines both still and sparkling.

Veuve Laperrire is produced by Maison Ackerman. Founded in 1811, they are the oldest sparkling wine company in France’s famed Loire Valley, with 200 years of winemaking experience.
100% Chardonnay, it is a richly weighted, creamy fizz with lovely fresh stone fruits and zesty citrus on the palate. It’s really clean and refreshing but some yeasty / brioche notes bring a more serious side into play. The finish is long, dry and very satisfying.
