Ageing in oak casks for a minimum of 12 years brings forth not only the bouquet of this eau-de-vie but also its natural woody hue. Its exceptional quality regularly brings it the highest honours at the agricultural competitions in Paris.Very round and distinctive, a subtle note of prunes follows a slightly woody attack.The quality of this brandy has regularly earned it the highest awards at the Concours Gnral Agricole in Paris (8 times medalist since 1991).
