Cooley Single Grain is only distilled twice compared to the classic 3 times distillation that is characteristic of Irish whiskeys. It gives it stronger flavours (Rich, soft oils, melt-in-the-mouth grain and just a hint of barley for good measure) amplified by the Ratafia Champenois touch The Dumangin Champagne Twist .
