Formerly known as ‘Highland Dream’, Bruadar is a Scottish Single Malt whisky liqueur produced by Morrison Scotch Whisky Distillers (producers of the Carn Mor range of Scotch Whisky).

Bruadar is flavoured with honey and sloe berries. “Bruadar” is the Scottish Gaelic word for “dream”, and this delightfully smooth liqueur is wonderfully well balanced without being overly sweet or luscious.

On the nose Bruadar is rich, with floral and honeyed notes. A touch of malt and berry fruit in the background. The palate is surprisingly tangy with notes of sloe gin, plum jam and spice. The finish nods back to it’s whisky roots with plenty of malt, spice and some red berries.
