Produced from the Osmond Vineyard in McLaren Vale, our 2023 Chardonnay is deep straw in color with tones of citrus, melon, peach and nougat on the nose. The palate is round and textural featuring flavors of citrus, melon and vanilla bean.
The juice is cold pressed and oxidatively handled to tank. It is cold settled for 3 days then racked to oak (50% new) for fermentation by wild yeast. The finished wine is left in barrel for 8 months and regularly lees stirred.
