A celebration of Oregons legendary brewing culture, this whiskey honors our brewing roots and grew out of our longstanding cask-trading tradition Northwest craft beer producers.

For as long as weve been making whiskey, weve traded our freshly-emptied barrels with some of our brewing collaborators. They have in turn seasoned them with Stout before returning them again. Our Stout Cask Finish pushes the boundaries of flavor. It begins with our Westward American Single Malt, and is then aged for one year in Stout casks.
